The benefits may go deeper if you have certain health issues. Some people with medical conditions find that they feel less pain and discomfort if they have less stress, and reflexology may help with that.

Our massage aims to relax and relieve tension and can help in a number of ways, from easing joint, neck and back pain and swelling in the hands and feet, to alleviating headaches, leg cramping and even related insomnia. Treatments are suitable for the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy and excellent for post natal recovery.

Although we try our best to ensure it is quiet around the salon when performing massages, we cannot guarantee it will be silent, especially during busy times.
